Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly extended approximately 11.80 nmi to the southeast from the site of two oil facilities, and was up to 1.40 nmi in width. It appeared dark and had high contrast to its background. Winds at the time of image were from the WNW at 10 knots, aligning well with the orientation of the anomaly. Confidence was determined to be high given the association with oil facilities and the high contrast to its surroundings. UNCERTAINTIES: There are no uncertainties.
