This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be associated to NRC Incident Report #1251025. The anomaly was approximately 17.75 nm oriented NE-S and approximately 1.64 nm at its widest. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NE which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was not directly connected to the possible point source provided in the NRC Incident Report but was in proximity.
