This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is believed to be associated with NRC Incident Report #1251120. The anomaly was about 43.25 nm SE of New Orleans, Louisiana. The anomaly was approximately 1.20 nm oriented NW-SE and approximately 0.20 nm at its widest. The anomaly was mostly dark colored with two small portions of possible thicker oil and had high contrast to its surroundings. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NNW between 10-15 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: The point source was unknown but the anomaly was within the vicinity of various oil wells.
