This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The segmented anomaly extended approximately 2.6 NM long and was 0.5 NM wide at its widest point. Winds were out of the NE at 10 KT at the time of the image. The anomaly is from a know repeat leak source, therefore there is HIGH confidence in this assessment even considering its diffuse appearance in the image. UNCERTAINTIES: There are no uncertainties.
