This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick is measured at 7.8 NMI long and averages 0.40 NMI wide. The area showed moderate contrast against the ocean background. Winds were out of the southwest at 5-10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: No point source could be identified.
