This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was located approximately 43.8 NMI NE away from Fort Lauderdale, FL. The anomaly measured approximately 4.3 NMI long by 0.6 NMI wide. The anomaly showed good dark contrast with the ocean background in high resolution imagery and was far removed from natural phenomenon. Winds were light at the time of the image.
