This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The segmented anomaly was approximately 197 nm E of Virginia Beach, VA. The anomaly was approximately 47.14 nm in length as a whole and approximately 1.35 nm at its widest. The dark colored anomaly had moderate to high contrast against its surroundings which made a feathering signature visible. Winds at the time of the image were coming from the S-SSW between 5-10 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: There were natural phenomena west of the anomaly. There was also no visible point source.
