REMARKS: 
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to emanate from the destroyed Taylor Energy platform and extends E for approximately 10.6NM and appears dark against the ocean background and is indicative of oil. Wind data indicates that winds were out of the W at approximately 11kts and align well with the orientation of the anomaly. Confidence was determined to be high given that the Taylor platform is known as a repeat leak source.  

UNCERTAINTIES:
The enhancement of this image was dark and the total expanse of the oil was difficult to delineate
