This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from the known Destroyed Taylor Platform. It was approximately 5.94 nm in length and approximately 0.39 nm in width. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NNE between 5-10 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: A medium confidence was given due to the dark anomaly not being directly connected to the possible point source. The anomaly was also in the middle of a nearby ship wake. Finally, it whad low to moderate contrast against its surroundings.
