This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located approximately 26.56 nm NE of Miami, FL. It was both within and outside the EEZ. It was approximately 11.98 nm in length and approximately 0.46 nm at its widest. The SE portion of the anomaly exhibited a feathering signature and had moderate contrast against its surroundings. Winds at the time of the image were coming from the S between 10-15 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was not directly attached to the possible point source. Also, there were multiple vessels within the vicinity.
