This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The segmented anomaly was approximately 6.19 nm in length and approximately 0.12 nm in width. It was dark in color and exhibited slight feathering. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NNW between 5-10 kts. which UNCERTAINTIES: There was no visible point source within the vicinity.
