This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 6.09 NM in length and 1.25 NM in width. Winds were 10 kts out of the SSE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is high. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and did not appear as vegetation when using a vegetation index. The anomaly featured multiple areas of feathering. The anomaly had an area that exhibited a silvery sheen indicating the presence of thicker oil. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was located amongst several oil facilities and pipelines and as a result a leak source could not be positively identified.
