This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 3.83 NM in length and 0.18 NM at its widest point. Winds were 10 kts out of the SE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and aligned well with wind conditions at the time of the image. The anomaly appears to be originating from the sunken vessel, the Cudahy; a known repeat leak source.
