REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. These anomalies are unconfirmed as oil. A total of three distinct anomalies were observed in the Brenton Sounds lease block stretching over 10NM north to south. All three areas did not have an apparent source however each area appears dark against the ocean background and has some feathering features. Winds during the time were out of the east and align well with the apparent direction of flow. Confidence was determined to be Medium due to the lack of an apparent point source.

UNCERTAINTIES: Uncertainties were determined to be high given the lack of a point source. However given the presence of oil facilities in the general area confidence was determined to be Medium.
