This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was connected to a repeat leak source. The anomaly was measured 2.61 NMI long and 0.10 NMI wide and it extended west from the source and aligned well with the apparent direction of flow. The anomaly showed dark appearance and was far removed from natural phenomenon. Winds near the time of the image were out of the south between 15-20 knots. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
