This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located near shore and stretched 1.5 nmi northward from a likely source and measured 0.3 nmi at its greatest width. Measured winds in the area were 5 kts and from the southeast. Confidence was determined to be Medium-High given the association with a point source and the sharp contrast to its background surroundings. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was slightly rounded in shape and is not typically indicative of crude oil.
