This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from the known Wreck 1487. It was approximately 3.09 nm in length and approximately 0.16 nm in width. The dark colored anomaly not only stood out from its surrounding but it was directly connected to the point source. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the SSW at 10 kts.
