This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly contrasted fairly well relative to its background and was associated with a repeat leak source. Its dimensions were 1.5 NM long by .15 NM wide at its widest point. Winds were out of the S at 15 KT at the time of the image and aligned well with the anomaly. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
