Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was associated with NRC Tabbs Bay, Texas Ship Channel Pipeline Discharge Hotline. The narrow anomaly was about 0.6nm long and had good contrast with the surroundings. The wind at the time was 5-10kt from the S. And the currents were to the SE parallel to the shoreline based on Fate and Trajectory analysis on NRC site. UNCERTAINTIES: Given that this is a confirmed oil discharge, the uncertainties were minimal.
