This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 3.48 NM in length and 0.16 NM in width. Winds were 10-15 kts out of the SSE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly appears to originate from an oil facility. The anomaly had well defined edges and high contrast with the surrounding area. The anomaly aligns well with wind conditions at the time of the image. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was located among some natural seeps. One of which is marked as a false positive in this report.
