This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 1.21 nm oriented S-NNW and approx. 0.07 nm in width. It was believed that this anomaly was related to NRC #1270787. The anomaly had moderate to high contrast against its homogeneous surroundings and no sign of natural phenomena. Winds at the time of the image were coming from the S at 5 kts which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
