This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly appears bright white against the ocean background with darker surrounding areas and measures approximately 11NM long with a max width of 0.10NM. Winds during the time of this image agree with the apparent direction of flow and eliminate any uncertainties giving this anomaly a high confidence level. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
