REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly appears bright white against the ocean background with darker surrounding areas and measures approximately 11NM long with a max width of 0.10NM. Winds during the time of this image agree with the apparent direction of flow and eliminate any uncertainties giving this anomaly a high confidence level.
