This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located approximately 134 nmi ENE of Jacksonville, FL. It measured approximately 43.5 nmi in length in multiple parts and was up to 0.82 nmi in width. The anomaly was dark against the ocean background and had sharp edges and widened with distance.. The anomaly appeared to be a bilge dump. The winds at the time of the image were approximately 10-15 kts from the SSW. UNCERTAINTIES: Although the anomaly is suspected to be a bilge dump, a candidate vessel cannot be determined as several vessels were seen within the image.
