REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared associated with the Cudahy wreck, a known repeat leak source. It measured approximately 1.98 nmi in length and up to 0.434 nmi in width. The anomaly appeared dark against its background and distinct from false positives in surrounding areas. Winds at the time of the image were 5-10 kts from the east, which aligned reasonably well with the anomaly.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was displaced from the site of the Cudahy. This uncertainty lowers confidence that this was oil to Medium-High.
