REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IMAGE IS MORE THAN 24 HRS. OLD*** Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from the known Destroyed Taylor Platform. The anomaly was approximately 5.86 in length and approx. 0.30 nm at its widest. The dark colored anomaly showed moderate to high contrast against its homogeneous surroundings. It also exhibited a feathering signature throughout the eastern end of the anomaly. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the S at 10 kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: There was a vessel within the vicinity of the western end of the anomaly.
