REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil.  The anomaly measured 0.72 NM in length and 0.32 NM in width. Winds were 20 kts out of the ESE.

Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is Medium-High. The anomaly had a large amount of sheen indicating the presence of thicker oil. In addition it had an unnatural shape and high contrast with the surrounding area. The anomaly did not appear as vegetation when using a vegetation color index.

UNCERTAINTIES:
No point source could be found. There were many oil facilities in close proximity to the anomaly.
