REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. 

The anomaly measured approximately 3.5NMI long by 0.2NMI wide on average. The edges were diffuse and did not exhibit high contrast against the ocean background, but this was expected given the winds were at 15kts. The orientation of the anomaly was consistent with the winds coming from the southeast. Confidence is high given that is a repeat leak source.
