REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was about 2.5 NM in total length and 0.2 NM wide at its widest point and had fair contrast with its background. There were several possible point sources in the vicinity but the anomaly did not appear to be connected to any. Winds were out of the SE at 5-10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors we have MEDIUM confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: Winds were rather light at the time of the image, therefore the anomaly did not have a very good contrast with its background.
