REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be emanating from the destroyed Taylor Energy platform. It contained multiple segments and the longest extended approximately 26.38 nmi to the southeast from the site and measured 1.15 nmi at its greatest width. The anomaly appeared dark in color and showed high contrast against its surroundings. Winds at the time of the image were around 10-15 knots from southwest. Confidence was determined to be high given that the Taylor platform is a repeat leak source.

UNCERTAINTIES:
The wind direction did not align well with the largest segment but matched well with the overall distribution of the segments.
