REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly extended 15 NM in length by about 0.95 NM in width at its widest point, had some jagged turns and had good contrast with its background. However, there were some convergence zones in the area, of which this anomaly may be associated with. Winds were out of the W at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have MED confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: This anomaly may be associated with convergence zones. Additionally, the true extent of the anomaly may be muddled by said convergence zones.
