REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The shape was unstructured, with a linear formation on the NW side and a wider, patchy area on the SE side. It measured approximately 4.5NMI long by 0.15NMI wide on average. The color was silvery, which is consistent with oil. Estimated winds were from the west direction at approximately 5-10 knots. 



UNCERTAINTIES: The origin could not be determined. The anomaly could not be tested for vegetative matter.
