REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The large looping anomaly extended 5 NM in length and was 0.25 NM wide at its widest point. It had good contrast with its background and there appeared to be some possible feathering. However, no point source was identified. Winds were out of the S at 5-10 KT at the time of the image. Given the aforementioned factors, we have MED-HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: There was no apparent point source.
