REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is believed to be associated to NRC # 1282864. The anomaly is approximately 37.23 nm in length and approx. 11.41 nm wide (measured as a whole). There are oil facilites and pipelines in proximity that could be the source of the possible leak. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the SE at 15 kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: There are natural oil seeps in the vicinity so it's uncertain how much of the anomaly is natural-related.
