This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. A narrow oil slick extended 2.3 nm to the west of an oil facility. There was an area of thicker oil within the slick. Winds at the time were from the southeast at 15 knots. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was attached to the suspected point source and showed evidence of thicker oil extending west from it. Confidence was reduced slightly because there were no reports of oil in the area.
