REMARKS:Possible oi was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. Possible oil anomaly measured 2.3 nm long by .07 wide as its average distance.  The anomaly shows good contrast and reasonably well defined edges against the ocean back ground and is believed to correspond to NRC report    #1288773
