REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had good contrast with its background, had some curviness consistent with an oil spill and extended approximately 4 NM long by about 0.1 NM wide at its widest point. Additionally, the anomaly was associated with a noted repeat leak source. Winds were out of the SE at 10-15 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
