REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly, located in West Cote Blanche Bay, was approximately 2.5 nmi long and approximately 0.1 nmi in width at its widest point. The anomaly was dark-colored and had a moderate contrast against its surroundings and was jagged in shape near the southernmost end. Winds were from the north at 5 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was in the vicinity of a number of oil facilities, but there were no confirmed reports of oil.  The anomaly was located close to shore in a bay which reduced confidence.
