REMARKS: *****Please be aware that this report is based on imagery that is more than 24 hours old*****Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. A faint linear anomaly believed to be an oil slick measuring 0.5 nm appeared to have emanated from an oil facility possibly associatd with NRC report 1288387. The slick was faint in imagery due to the lack of sun glint on the ocean surface to help illuminate it. It extended to the SSW in agreement with 10 kt winds from the NE at the time of the image. 

UNCERTAINTIES: Due to the lack of visible detail related to marine oil slicks due, our confidence was reduced to medium-high.
