REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was within the vicinity of an oil facility but was not visibly able to see anomaly directly connected to a point source due to cloud coverage. It was approximately 0.37 nm in length and approx. 0.03 nm in width. The anomaly had a slight white center which a characteristic of relatively thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the E between 5-10 kts which did not align well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: Due to cloud coverage and the image being cutoff, the full extent was unknown.
