REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGE IS MORE THAN 24 HRS. OLD*** Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was visibly connected to a possible oil facility. It was approximately 1.56 nm in length and approx. 0.21 nm in width. The anomaly did have a white/silvery shimmer center indicating relatively thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NE at 15 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent was unknown due to cloud and cloud shadows within the vicinity.
