This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 3.17nm in length and 0.08nm in width. The anomaly appeared darker than the surrounding ocean background and was located near an oil facility to the immediate east. At the time of the satellite imagery the winds were SE at 10kts. UNCERTAINTIES: There were similar-looking linear anomalies in the area. There was a possibility that the anomaly may have also been biogenic. Due to these factors, our confidence was kept at Medium.
