REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This suspected oil slick was likely associated with NRC #1293857. The slick was approximately 1.90nm in length and 0.11nm in width. The slick was likely longer, but the exact  length was unknown since it extended to the edge of the image. The slick likely originated from an oil facility to the North. The slick was linear in shape, had medium contrast with its surroundings, and had a silver tint. Since there was an NRC report for this slick, we kept our confidence at High. The winds at the time of the image were out of the W around 10kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the slick could not be determined due to the image being cut off.
