This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 0.63nm in length and 0.08nm at its widest point. The anomaly appeared to emanate from an oil facility off of the Louisiana coast and had a strong contrast to its background. Winds at the time the image was captured were ENE at about 5kts, which lines up well with the orientation of the anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
