REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. Although there was no confirmed point source, there are pipelines in the vicinity. The anomaly was approximately 3.23 nm in length and approx. 0.69 nm in width. The dark colored anomaly had a brown colored portion (possibly true colored)  towards the southern end which is a characteristic of relatively thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the W between 10-15 kts. 



UNCERTAINTIES: The point source was unknown.
