REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from an oil facility in the vicinity. It was approximately 6.32 nm in length and approx. 0.46 nm at its widest. The dark colored anomaly had light to moderate contrasts against its homogeneous surroundings. Winds at the time of the image were coming from the W between 5-10 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.


UNCERTAINTIES: There was no existing report for an anomaly in this vicinity.
