This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to emanate from a repeat leak source, had sharp edges and looked out of place against its surroundings. The anomaly measured approximately 0.1 nmi wide and approximately 1.3 nmi long. Winds in the area were from the northwest at approximately 17.5 kts. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
