This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly was likely related to NRC #1300544. The anomaly was located off the coast of Louisiana in the West Delta area. It was approximately 0.63 nm in length, 0.18 nm at its widest point, and appeared to be emanating from an oil facility. The anomaly had a strong contrast to the ocean background and appeared dark on satellite imagery. Winds at the time of this image were SSE at 20-25kts, which aligned well with the orientation of this anomaly. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
