This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was about 0.7 NM wide at its widest point, had a total length of approximately 15 NM and exhibited feathering accordant with winds that were out of the WNW at 5 KT at the time of the image. The anomaly signature is consistent with a vessel bilge dump; however, no candidate vessels could be determined. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
