This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had a strong contrast to its homogeneous surroundings, but it lacked a suspected point source, therefore, medium confidence was awarded. The anomaly measured approximately 1 nmi long, excluding the isolated portions to the north, and it measured approximately 0.16 nmi at its widest point. Winds were from the southeast at 13.6 kts around the time of observation. UNCERTAINTIES: Most notably, the lack of a suspected point source.
