REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was 0.5nm in length and narrow, and had a decent contrast with the surroundings. The anomaly was located to the south of an oil facility, but not directly connected to it. The wind at the time was from the north at 8k and the modeled currents were towards south at 0.3kt, which aligned well with the observed anomaly orientation.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was not directly connected with the oil facilities, and the signiture was a little faint but definitely discernable.
